Yes they said $85 per cylinder. There are 2 per wheel, one on each side of the brake disk. $85 + $85 + $50 disassembly fee = $220 per wheel.
Thanks you for the Hose link I will take a look

Disassembly, hum?? Per the email they sent me they mentioned to remove them from the housing which to me means the Caliper which is obvious to me. Worst case, not obvious, is to pop the Piston out of the cylinder. A good soak in Evapo-rust and some compressed air and you have saved $50. Anyway good luck. Probably just best to buy the brand new inner cylinder as I linked and do whatever you choose on the outer cylinder.
Good luck.

That's weird I called them and they said send it fully assembled. I'll call again and confirm and find out the turn around time. They are closed at the moment.
Just to make sure I'm talking about whitepost.com. I want to use them because they are on the east coast.
The other guys at karpspb.com told me what you are saying. They are on the west coast. They also told me to rebuild and sleeve its $250 per wheel.
Another weird thing is that hose link you sent it only lets me buy one hose.

Here is another aftermarket brake hose. It's amazon so worst case they can be returned, but this P/N did come up as working on old 311s. threads

Just an update I got the calipers back from being rebuilt. White post did a great job and turn around wasn’t that bad. I highly recommend them. It’s been stupid hot here so I’ve been in no hurry but it’s done. The car stops great now.
I’m about to move on to other areas of the car. I need to buff the 20+ year old paint. I bought a full interior kit. I’m sure I will have more questions soon.

Amazing....only one month turnaround. I figured 2-3 months minimum, so I splurged on the Wilwood conversion, which should arrive later today.

I’d say 3 weeks but yeah not to bad. I looked at doing that conversion but I will let the next owner do that lol. I’m just excited I can drive the car around now at least until something breaks

Pete,
As you start the Wilwood conversion, take some photos and notes. I'm highly interested in one of those kits. I believe there are two options. Which kit are you going with? Photos please
