I just tried to swap theses 510 cylinders with the line adapters. The adapters fit fine, but the e-brake pivot bracket( not sure what that is called). Won’t recess all the way into the cylinder body. The two nubs that it rocks on won’t drop into the body of the cylinder. It’s a different shape. I got the centric that are listed above in this thread. Maybe I can use a 510 e-brake brake pivot bracket?

Apparently you got the original issue resolved....wheel cylinder engaging the brake shoes?

As for the parking brake lever you might email this member who succefully installed the Centric 510 cylinder and ask him if the OEM lever presented an issue.

He posted on page 1 of this thread.

Also this respected Roadster parts vendor is selling the lever on eBay. If you check the eBay link and read the full description the lever is the same for the Roadster and the 510. The lever itself would not appear to be the issue IMO.

Thanks DAC21. I got a different set of levers that were supposed to match the 510 cylinders, from an 1973 510, and they were the same as the original roadster levers. They don’t drop into the pivot recess completely ( about 1/3 sticking out) so it won’t sit flush with the backing plate. I couldn’t find a combo of cylinder and levers that would work from a 510, so I just ordered the set from Moss motors that spl310 recommended.
