put in longer wheel studs in the rear, Napa 6411267

They had knurls where my existing studs were smooth. Bryan Zana mentioned on facebook that he warped his flange putting in knurled ones, so abundance of caution I trimmed the knurls a bit and put some loctite. It was still a very firm pull with my electric impact so I feel confident they're in there pretty good and also happy with the choice to trim them down slightly.

Pushed old ones out with a ball joint separator, pulled new ones in with a stack of greased washers and a reversed lug nut. The new ones did go in with the axle in place but I am sure any longer and you would need to pull it out or drill a backing plate hole.

gave me plenty of turns.
