White Post just got back to me, looks like they won't do sleeving only as they need the piston / seals to do a pressure test (which they already have?) When I told them I already had my rebuild kits they requested I send them as well as the cylinders. But it appears they do not give you any credit by supplying the kits as the rear wheel cylinders were still $85, what they charged you for full rebuild with them supplying the new parts. That's kind of screwed up. Looks like I will be going with Apple, maybe Karp's for sleeving only when the time comes. They must be a bit more confident in their process since they will do sleeving only.
