Re: Paint code sticker
The sticker looks fine. I see something else but I don't know what stock looks like so I won't mention it. I understand the feeling as one of my driver side door hinge bolts is broken out and was not fixed before the car was painted. I could spend hours fixing it but then it would not be painted the same as the other bolts and I would notice that. My solution it to keep the door closed as much as possible.

Re: Paint code sticker
Well I have to admit that both my cars will have very shiny two stage paint. I was going to put single stage on but after talking it over with the place that did my car I decided on two stage. He would have done single for me if I had wanted. The single just doesn't hold up as well over time. More subject to fading and other things and two stage is easier to match if something happens. Oh well, I'm guilty of going better than the stock. And yes I do plan to slap a paint sticker on and being the way I am I'll line it up.
However don't look too close at a few things on the car.

Re: Paint code sticker
Does anybody know when Datsun started using the paint stickers? I am thinking 67.5.
