You should get the VIN, looks to be a 69. 70 2000's are very rare. Gas tank looks to be missing.

Has 69 front parking lights with the chrome trim.

There's a low windshield 67 on KC Craigslist
With untouched straight body ...mostly
A 1,6 but in pieces rusty ,, swap a 2l in
