Welcome Yoshi, and congratulations on your roadster! The low windshield, flat dash early ones are as you say elegant compared to the later ones. It appears that you will need to start with removing the body and getting it "dipped" in order to address the rust problem. I spent many months cutting rusty metal out and welding new metal in.

Thank you for the advice. It was difficult to find a good Roadster of low windshield. I am prepared to finish this car elegantly even if it takes time.
