I thought by my buying my roadster "built" already, that would prevent me from traveling down the mod rabbit hole.

Bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzttttttt! Wrong!!

Was trying to get a price quote on Minilites (real ones) and the distributor sent me a nice note saying "We'll get you a quote as fast as we can! Thank you for your inquiry."

Two weeks ago.

So just grabbed this set of Rota RBs 15x6, 15x7 +20 <===offset decided upon after studying literally hundreds of pics. Just wanted a conservative fit for the 195/55 Star Spec 1s. (Local, used with 6-7/32nds on them - didn't care about the date codes as, if my wheel fetish for my Zs is any indication, I'll probably end up swapping these out in a few months. Hahahaha!)

Why aren't they ON the car yet? Wellllll, waiting for my nuts. :smt002

Man on a mission.

What's really stupid is that I have gone through (bought-used-sold) over 20 sets of wheels in the last few years. And still I get excited when they arrive and can't sleep until they're on. :smt005

FTR, the caps fit fine (problematic with the short/small caps). I just haven't put them on yet.

Also, on fit, I could have easily gone with the +12 rear offset (instead of the +20 on the rear 15x7) as I first considered but I'm OK with it and I still have enough stud anchoring material to go with 5mm spacers if it might help the handling. Will run as is for now and assess.

Front fit is excellent; the one thing I don't like is having any wheel poke and this offset/size avoids that. Could have even gone 7" as I've seen many do but I'm vary wary of scrub radius changes affecting steering response - of which I will happily trade ultimate grip with for high steering response! So, the 6" are perfect. Again, will run and possibly experiment down the road. (No pun... :smt002

Much better than the slotted mags! That's a good looking ride there.
