I used this type for the straps and cut to fit. Worked great.

FYI: The original post was from 2015 and, unfortunately, the original poster doesn't appear to be a member on this forum anymore.

FWIW, I made my frame pads using a yoga mat.

I used strips of old ratchet strap. I little wide but it's what I had at the time.

Does anyone have locations for the pad? Drawing or simple description. I have a 68 high windshield.
