Have you looked at the plastic sheetrock anchors at your local hardware? Mine has many different types and sizes. They would not look anything like original but I bet that you would find one that is functional.

If you search for headlight adjusting screw you will find several replacements. You will not find an a replacement with the tube on it like the original. I ended buying new Nissan buckets out of Thailand I think and the plastic part is open. The bucket is exactly the same with just a couple little extra tabs you can remove. Bright and shiny captain.
The new one comes with generic colored wires so I'm changing them out to match with heavier wires.

I can 3d print some but the plastic really should be nylon and it is a huge PIA to print nylon so I stay away from it. If you wanted something a tad more stronger then ABS then I can do that as I was going to make some for myself as well. But honestly I would think you could find one at a good automotive store like NAPA or something would carry one in Nylon.
