The owner of the Datsun dealer I worked had a decent house on his acreage then built a 90' x 125'x 25' tall sheetmetal building as a garage /barn / hanger. Then in the back 10 ft off the ground built a awesome home 10-12 room

These are Polyaspartic floor coating more resistant and flexible then expoxy, easier to apply and last longer
These are not mine but exactly the same I’m putting next month
Another big advantage it is applied in a single day and can be done down to -5

How does it compare price-wise to (good) epoxy?
Does it require an anti-slip embedment like epoxy?
Any idea what chemicals or other things can damage it? (brake fluid, welding spatter, UV, heat discoloration)

I have Wolverine epoxy in my garage, and it's held up pretty well over the last 8+ years, but it has popped a little from welding spatter/spark, and lifted slightly near some of the control joints (I didn't fill cracks, instead just coated as-is)

It looks amazing. Was this installation on a fresh surface or a previously uncoated "used" surface?

I had very high quality Epoxy in my previous garage and it looked great after 10 years but that's because I took very good are of it but even then , it was cracked in a few places and had stains from dirty snow and ice on the vehicle.

Good quality Epoxy was about $4.25 sq/f and I'm paying $5.35 sqf

It is less slippery than epoxy but need the flakes to really be non slippery

It is completely UV stable and will not change color like Epoxy , It' scratch resistant and is more resistant to most chemicals like gas , oil etc (you'll have to do some research for welding spatter) it can also be used outside up to -45 I believe (can't do that with Epoxy)

Mine will be on a fresh surface but result are the same on older surface since they have to diamond cut the surface first

I would even spread some sand in the coating on the most traveled routes. Entryway ,work bench area
Just a bit of coolant atf , snow/ ice etc. on it and your shoes and your screwed ikely slip Buy rolls and rolls of paper towels . Ive worked shops with epoxy floors no flakes. And quickly hated it
