Transmission fuild or Mystery oil and heat are the way to go. After you get the motor started let me know what parts you need. I may have some of them, and you are not that far from me.

Thanks a bunch Rodney. I took the valve cover off and the head looks like new, but the rocker arms and the shaft they ride on have some rust build up. The p/o did say he had the head done prior to it being parked. Hoping everything is still ok there.
