Wow, what a day. It rained, it was dry, it rained again, then it got dark and rained some more. Still, we had 42 people show up to run and everyone seemed to enjoy the day. Alex brought his roadster out and was looking pretty good.

Let's just say that last time it understeered like crazy, had no brakes, and an axle leak, and the throttle cable was too tight so it had a high idle when warm. This time was just awesome. :) :) New brakes suspension and sway bar really made the car look good going on the track. The datsun had a lot of room to manuver. Brakes started making a weird noise though that I'll investigate. It sounded like "schurrr clunk schurr clunk" but only after I got off the track and was still braking straight. Maybe need new rotors?

Just did a google and it says vibrating brakes at slow stops happens with semi metallic brake pads. I think the new ones are semi, they were in a nissan box and were grey with metal flakes in them. And it didn't do it everytime.

You might need to bed the pads in. With high performance pads you don't get the full stopping power out of them unless they are properly bedded in. Look up how to do it. Its really easy and is just a series of stops from varying speeds that gets the pads and rotors hot so the pad material will transfer over to the rotors. Once you get them hot, let them cool completely and you should be good to go.
