See you folks out there!

I will try to get there before 7am to get a nice spot near some trees. It gets very competitive for good spots. I will see what I can do with my "connections".

Great time.. Met some really fun people..

What a wild, crazy cool show... Where else can you see a 1950s Rolls Royce next to two 57 Chevy gassers, next to a race built 911 turbo, across from 3 roadsters and two 240Zs...

Pictures and video when I get home...

This is one of the most unique and fun show's I've ever been to. I'm sorry I had to miss it this year, September is a tough month for me to get away.

1070 miles.. My phone is uploading to photobucket as I type.. Unfortunately, I'm still learning with the GoPro, so I have over 2400 still photos, but almost no video.. Still photos of highway 101 are boring :(

Roadsters..

Silver car is Luke's, orange is mine..

Overview...

Beautiful wagon and B210 with hilarious commercials playing..

The B210 pic shows some of the crazy diversity at this show.. You have the Datsun, an El Camino with a Cadillac front clip on it, and a kit Cobra...

Then you have the Camaro, the Rolls, the Gassers, the Porsches..

Image

Always love a good minimalist street rod...

He said he lurks on here but does not post. It was a beautiful example of a driven car.

Yup... Luke the lurker

It was my first show and have to say it was a blast. When I saw Mike roll by we invited him to join us. Before long we had another roadster and a few Z cars. I was floored by how many people stopped by to talk, tell stories about their old roadsters and in general complement us on our fairladies. The only problem was my buddy felt we were stealing all the attention from his beautiful 74 Dodge Challenger.

Sorry to say I can't recall the name of the owner of the red '69 but he is from Oakland.
