eastmedia wrote:If the ticket says MG then you will win. The whole point of contesting a ticket is to show the officer was unable to perform the duties of his job at an acceptable level. If he cant read the registration, or figure out the type of vehicle, how can he be counted on to accurately calculate the speed you were traveling.

Don't offer any information about how fast you thought you were going. It's not about you, it's about the cop who can't read.

Good luck.

I have no idea what my speed was your honor.. I was going a little under the speed of traffic, some guy in an MG went flying past, then all the sudden this police officer was pulling me over..

Judge:
"An MG passing a Roadster? I don't think so. Fine doubled"

Sadly-Linda has passed away 2022. She was the 311's den mother and drove the first Rare-Parts ball joint project. RIP.

My tickect was dropped when I contested it for being wrong vehicle identification. The officer wrote the wrong Plate number on the ticket, you should contest it regardless I think it is a 5 or 6 point ticket. Which means the next infraction is really going to cost you guys.
