After a while I have done the chassis, sand blasted and PU coated and the engine is finally running, see link.

I'm happy the engine doesn't smoke and runs fantastic.

the Dutch BBQ is the same as by you, and of course with beer.

We prefer of course Heineken or Grolsch beer.

Temperatures for the BBQ are good last week, about 86 F.

So the party can begin, the body is mounted on the chassis
Now I can start with the last sanding parts and than can the car to the painter.
The engine bay is already in the right color,(sora blue).
The underbody is also coated with a wax(tectile) it's necessary in our country with snow and salt on the road.

(not that a want to drive in the winter)

The radio console is restored, I hope that this is the right color for the dash, only some parts(lighter) has to be re-chromed.
For the fuel-tank I used rubber strips the where used for boats, its a anti slipping material for stairs.
