One of the worst run agencies, ever. Different answer on what is needed to register a car when it is "outside the box" process. I have actually gone back to the line, chosen a number, and got another window 40 minutes later just to get something done, knowing that I'd get a different answer, and did.
The AAA desk is such a diffferent experience, sometimes clueless is a good thing. (did I just say that?)
