The shape of the top in Redtail's photo is the stock shape. The Parrish/Smoothline is different.

I think Sid was thinking of a Chrysler 300, either the originals from the 50's or a late 70's model with Fine Corinthinian Leather. Where is Corinth anyway?

Really looks kinda like this though or the new T-Bird

No, it was the Cordoba - more specifically, the Mirada version of the Cordoba. I had a neighbor years ago that had one. Here, look at the grill on this one:

Mopar was producing some of the ugliest cars in the world back then - in my not too humble opinion...

I looked a little further and found one in white:

Look at the head on view - if you flip the front end upside down, you have the road-lady grill and hood scoop.

Here is one with the side vents. Crappy pics, but then these are not exactly blue chip collectibles either:

That's the one I was thinking of exactly. a friend had one in the 80's. It was cool then. I was thinking, Corinth was in North Africa, wasn't it? Now
it's bugging me and I have to look it up.

I'm thinking of the car from the US vacation movie with Chevy Chase - Send it to Wally World!

Red Roadster, sweet JDM wheels

The top is way cool on the photo of the red roadster, The wheels are JDM SSR or something like that, I saw them quite a bit on eBay when I was sourcing wheels for my old 83 Supra, the bolt pattern fits, but I think the bolts were 'air/photobrushed' out, great look with some chrome, and killer top.

Keep an eye on eBay, they pop up every once in a while, I still look for my Z and roadster.

Eric

btw- come on out next year to the Minden run, fantastic views, easy ride, lots of fun
