Alvin,
Thank you for organizing this run. It was great to see old friends and make new friends (I think that's what makes these drives so fun). I'm sorry I had to leave early but I had something scheduled for the afternoon.
I'm looking forward to the next run.

Today's fun run was a blast!
We had 5 roadsters, a Miata, a 350z, and a RHD 510 show up!
The weather was great and we got some good stretches of traffic-free twisties.
Thank you so much for making the trip out everyone! It was good to see old friends and familiar faces.
Fred and Annie's '66 SPL/U20:
Dave an Karen's 67.5 SRL
Mark's '66/U20ET
Our '67.5 SPL/SR20
An L13-powered RHD 510, I have never seen this engine!
Ken Pletch's DATSTER:
It has a SUPERCHARGED KA24DE...it is WICKED. You have got to hear the blower whine. It is scary.

Here is another video of Ken's supercharged roadster, a bit longer than Alvin's clip. Alvin was closer and got a great recording of the sound. Awesome!
I almost cried seeing you guys again, it's been a few years since I've been on a run! Annie and I really had a great time. Many thanks, Alvin, for organizing this and leading the blast thru the hills.

I share Fred's sentiments: Great seeing you all, it was one of those memorable rides!
Mark, thanks for bringing your turbocharged beast!
I thought about doing a fun every 2 months...let all of the Bay Area owners choose a favorite route up in their neck of the woods. We could sticky it maybe? thought?

I'm already scouting some roads down here. Hwy 25 get pretty twisty just south of here. And of course if you guys travel down this way, the least I could do is provide a BBQ at the end of the ride!
