I've never seen a high windshield car with the center support bar like the one in the last photo. Could be wrong, though.

Phil,
The pictures show a center suport on a High Windshield and the rear view mirror mounted on top of a low Windshield. So, no you are not going crazy the pictures are not accurate.

Alvin, where do you camp? Chances are, I will have the family with me. I will most likely bring my truck and pop-up camper, with the roadster in tow. It sounds like I may need to make my camping reservations early.
Thanks,
Kyle

Kyle,
You might want to consider Lake Cachuma County park, near Solvang, a few miles away. There is lots to do for kids. They have hook ups, yurts, tent space, a store, boating, fishing. Usually plenty of space that time of year. There are some group sites as well.

Easy rural road into Solvang. Check Mapquest for exact distance.
Hoping Jeff will include camping options on the website.

Kyle,
There's the Flying Flags RV park just a few hundred feet from the Garage museum we meet at on the friday nite before the Show in Buelton. They accommodate all from tents to class A's. That's where a few of us stay, Phil, Alvin, and I.
