Its funny, I run down 880 on my way to Marina all the time, and I have no clue where this construction project is. It seems like its all under construction. I guess I'm too busy watching my half mirror (the other half is filled by tire) for CHP.

I am going to try and join in for at least some of it (even if I just meet you guys for breakfast or part of the run). Gotta meet a new client for lunch and drinks and stuff and like...and such as.

If we want to meet for breakfast, The Boonfly Cafe might be a good spot (not a lot of parking, but it would be cool to see a bunch of roadsters out front.) If not a breakfast run, we could meet in the Target parking lot off of Trancas and 29. Again, what time sounds good to meet?

There may even be a wayward traveller from the valley trying to make it over for a run! No need for breakfast, but maybe a bit of a stop to stretch a bit. Great idea Will!

2hrs? Are you kidding? I can make it from here to Marina in 2:15. Thats shooting straight down 80 to 880 to 101. And no I'm not doing 90, just keeping up with traffic. I'll give Mark the benefit of the doubt, he has a long run.
Dandridge, the Boonfly donuts are to kill for. You can't eat just one, or two or... Heck I'd be down to meet you guys there for breakfast if you want.

gmaps says it's 1hr34min from SJ to Boonfly
sure, it might take that long for a solo driver.
for 5-6 roadsters 10-20miles apart trying to meet in one place before caravanning I'd like set aside at least 30min.
Picking up folks in Fremont and Vallejo adds time too.

How about starting to meet at Boonfly at 9:00am....leave Boonfly at 10:00 or 10:30am? That gives people from all areas a combination of choices. Come early for breakfast, come early-ish and just hang out a while beforehand, or show up at 10:30 and let's roll.
Either way, I'm eating some of those donuts. I might even take the hardtop back off for this.

That works for me. The run I'm thinking of takes Highway 12 out to lake Berryessa, hangs a left at 4 corners and heads back down toward Rutherford. Before getting back to Silverado Trail, making a right and taking Chiles Valley Rd (I think thats the name of it.) up into Pope Valley then up over Ink Grade and down into St Helena. We could consider lunch there and if we want more, head back down Silverado trail to Oakville Cross, then up Oakville grade. From Oakville grade we have 3 options, take Dry Creek road back into Napa (about 10 miles) go up a little further and take Mt Vider road back into Napa (about 10 miles as well, but tighter and more climbing, beware of bicyclists however) or the 3rd option is follow the road over to Sonoma on Trinity road (kinda steep twisty and entertaining.) All the roads should be at least fare pavement. I don't think I'll have time to do a shake down run this weekend however. The scenery will be good, the roads fun and hopefully everyone will have a good time.
