Awesome pics everyone. Most of mine are no comparison to the ones already posted. As usual, I got caught up chatting for too long with just a few people and not getting a chance to meet more.

I got to meet a few roadster folks but Roadster Island was relatively devoid of people every time I stopped around but oh well. I did finally get to meet my neighbor... that Alvin guy! Hahaha.
And since I had to park in the low rent area with my, ahem, "modern Z car" felt out of place. Laff....
Went over to meet RCMike in he paddock.... he was changing into his nomex when we passed by. Met his bro though. Next time (again), Mike!
Perhaps my best/fun story of the weekend.... we pull into the lot of the house we rented for the weekend. Parked in front the house was a car under a cover. My wife says: "Hey look honey, it's a Datsun Roadster!" I look at it and say authoritatively "That's not a roadster..."
Hmmmm, what restaurant serves crow around Monterey? Because I needed to eat some after waking up Saturday morning to this:
Haha... awesome! Bruce and Kurt's car that was indeed on Roadster island (I think Saturday; and Sunday for sure.)
Wife's other comment (after telling, er, laughing/yelling at me, "I was right and you were wrong! Hahahahaha!"): "Too bad your roadster broke down, hmmmmph..... would have been cute with the opposite colored cars parked next to each other." Then my mother-in-law said the exact same thing independently an hour later..... Psh, "cute"... indeed.
Oh, then there was this guy I went to dinner with on Saturday night...
Who's obviously as cheeky in life as he is on the telly.
Isn't it stunning how much video flattens out the corkscrew? Like, there simply is no road in front of you in real life. But in video it's just a little bump..
I'll try to get my in car video sorted out tomorrow/later today (gotta love being called into work at 9 pm, and I'm still here saving the day at almost 1 am.)
The corral and parade lap were sensational! So good to see everyone that travelled near/far to be there.
I want to bring your attention to the person who made this all happen. This is Ann Devor. She is the lady all of us need to thank for the ZONC corral and parade lap:
PLEASE, take a minute to send her a thank you message: anndevor@gmail.com
I'm also sorting through video/pictures with a full report soon!
