This is on a Mac.
I opened a Flickr account then uploaded the photos into it.
To select the image you want double click it.
There is a arrow in the lower right that you click on to share the image.
Select the BBCode tab then the size you want.
Copy the highlighted address in the block and then paste it into your post here.
