Just reviving the post about the 2010 Shedd BBQ... The weather is supposed to be a little cooler than this past weekend, so if you want to get out and have a great time, we'll see you there... Bill

Many thanks to Bill and Karen Neal (as well as Dave) for the BBQ today! I believe the count was 16 roadsters and lots of other cars too!

I did not make the fun run, and I arrived late at the BBQ, but it was good to see so many familiar faces!

Thanks again!

Thanks again to the Neal's for hosting such a wonderful event. Yes indeed it was a very fun time today, put it this way...the fun run has been over for 8 hours and I still have a grin on my face. We covered about 120-130 miles along the east side of the Willamette Valley to Silverton and back to Shedd.
Engine wise, there was a good assortment this year, with a KA24de, a couple SR20de's, an Sr20det, a handful of R16's, an R stroker, a couple u20 s/u , a couple U20 Solex's, and one L18 with S/U's. Sixteen roadster with 8 different engine setups, now that is cool...

Well of course those of us denied the pleasure of attending, due to distance and other factors, need proof of the event. Pictures or I suppose a legal, notarized, summary statement of events would be acceptable! ;-)

The run was a lot of fun - there was one stretch of road best described as a "roller coaster" - the perfect drop-off - down down down and then almost straight back up. Wish I had video of that one!
