Hi ,
Geez..I hate being a newbie ,but here I am . Had an SRL when I was a kid in the early 70's . It was a fun car , reliable and economical and a blast to autocross . Now I own a shop that specializes in Infinitis and Nissans . I bought a rough SRL /2000 a few years back and subsequently ended up acquiring three more 1600's .These cars seem to multiply like coat hangers in a closet ! I lean towards performance oriented drivers rather than show cars . That being said ,one still has to be selective when deciding when to drive a beloved car on these treacherous Charlotte NC roads . My shop is next to a body shop that repaired rear end damage on the same 2000 twice in a year :( . I guess in addition to brake lights ,one needs to throw an arm up when braking
I'm usually looking for various parts for my projects . I like finding less expensive suitable substitute parts...I'm descended from those thrifty Scotts afterall . Thanks for keeping this an active and useful site .

Welcome Steve. There are a few NC members, and others, a state or two away, which constitutes a neighbor in the Roadster world.
I'm sure they would like to meet you and offer advice/help as appropriate. And oh yeah, a BBQ usually works!

Hi and welcome Steve. There are actually quite a lot of Roadster owners here in NC, and a few in SC as well.
Where is your shop in Charlotte? I used to work there, commuting from W-S.
We need pictures of your cars!! Also please update your profile with location!
We need to get together an NC Roadsters group!! (Once I get mine back on the road, of course!)

Welcome to the forum. Drivers there must be like drivers in NE Texas. Tailgate constantly. If there is one thing I can't stand, its a tailgater. You just know whats coming if you have to hit your brakes.

Welcome, Steve! Got a few roadsters up here in Maryland as well. Ditto Tom's words on the pics. It doesn't seem to matter what they look like - we love lookin' at everything from show cars to basket cases.
