Never got a chance to do the Dyno thing that I posted I would do earlier....

The new engine has just over 5000 miles on it and is doing well. I broke one of the long timing cover bolts that hold the GM alternator in place. Evidently had too much of a bind on the system and it broke off in the block. I did some realligning and the other two are still intact and holding up OK, but next spring I will do the repairs.
Up here in the NW the daytime temps are not that high for most of the year and the stock 1600 radiator is cooling the Stroker with no worries unless it is 95 or above and I am going over a pass of something or sitting at idle at a stoplight for a long time; then temps will climb into the 200+ range, then drop right back once I get moving again. I am using a plastic 4 blade fan which is nice in that I don't get that "driving a fan around" sound.
I still have a persistant yet undiscovered source oil leak that leaves a small puddle whenever I stop. Hey, it looks like I am driving an MG or Triumph

Otherwise, just got our internet and phones going yesterday and hope to be here in Bozo for a long time. Enjoying the forum and otherwise just sitting in the bushes and enjoying life.....
