Likewise. Although I'm hoping to race at Bathurst again in the FOSC Easter Meeting, so I may suffer from a lack of the folding stuff so soon afterwardsNissanman wrote: Perhaps I'll have a car next year

Whereabouts is next year's meeting ? Somewhere nice and warm would be good rather than Victoria in the middle of winter.

Sounds like most roadster owners!!!1600dave wrote: I may suffer from a lack of the folding stuff so soon afterwards![]()

Yes we froze. mine wasn't ready so I took the prince. it's generally warmer than the weather we had, but it is always the queen's b'day Weekend.
There were some that came from W.A (3500km approx one way), and a few other interstaters just like Sunbeam who copped some shocking weather for their trip...
cheers,

my drive for the event

Re: datsun Nationals, Geelong Aust,
Thanks!!
I've only had it maybe 6 weeks so far.
The previous owner did tarmac rallies and had won a few from what I am told. it does have a Prince engine... just perhaps not the G7 but the G11

Great Pics, next years event is being held by the Queenslanders, Alistair said at the Presentation dinner that they were looking at Kingaroy, but most members present were chanting Noosa, Noosa, Noosa, so hopefully it will be somewhere WARM !!

Re: datsun Nationals, Geelong Aust,
Dave, I have made a promise to an old school friend of mine.
He has a red 1974 Mercedes 2 door and I said I will have my '65 Fairlady finished in time for us both to take part in the 2011 Bay to Birdwood Classic.
Now I maybe a little reckless here, but I'll try and get it all together for the 2011 Roadster Nationals
