Sorry, I find modern engine swaps revolting. Keep your G, R, or U series in your Roadster!

So Mr. K won't be at the event (never hurts to ask) but I got this nice message from him. 101 years young and replying to email. I wanted him to know about the event and that after 40 years there are still a bunch of enthusiasts celebrating his work.

I received another note from Mr. K. He hopes the event goes well and is a success. I told him I would send him some pictures of the event. For this reason alone I hope we have a really strong turnout.

I thank you for your invitation and I wish I could come to see the successesful festival but sorry to say
I have doctor stop because of my age, not because of my health at present but for long time flight, so
I miss all the other invitations from the USA Z events.
I will send my very recent photo taken the day before yeaterday by my friend to you in my place.
Best regards,
Y.K.
I will post some of the logistical info later when I have exact details.
But I can tell you that the gates open at 8am (you don't need to be there that early for the Turn Z stuff but you welcome after 8am). As you enter at Gate 1 you can show them you Turn Z ticket and they will direct you up the ring road and around to the Turn 7 run-off area.
I also want everyone to know that there will be a show (with prizes) for those interested in a little competition.

Anyone got a spare U20 lying around that I could borrow for part of a day? I so wish I could have someone drive my car in for this since I'm going to be a bit late to the show (assuming it wasn't going to self destruct at any second).

I just got my hands on a Program for this weekend, and we do have a Z racing. Bob Clucas is running a '73 in group 6A on Saturday. I asked if he would bring the car down to our end on Sunday since he won't be racing that day. I don't know if he will or not. I'll be sure to get some good shots of him regardless.
First time I've gotten pictures published. I shot these a year or so ago at a VSCCA event. I don't know who owns the car.
