So is "the rig" still a clapped out Camry? I'm picturing a big nasty diesel dually as a proper "rig".
Stephen needs the washer nozzles. did you have any high windshield rollbars left?
We'll clean the Cheese Doodles out of the sofa bed, any loose change you find is yours as a bonus :D
You may have to fight the basset hound for it she likes that couch.
Anyone else heading back my way after the show is welcome for a BBQ.

Hey Nate,

I think the part you referred to as the 'jackshaft' is the complete rocker assembly from an R16, I only have U20s.

Bring the cams along (so long as they'll fit!), I won't be able to tell 100% from the photos anyway.

I want to thank Vince and his family for being great hosts. My entourage and I had a great time at the brewery. The company was great as well. Hope to see you all at the Glen.

Another Thank you, Vince.

We had a blast, and apparently  I SHOULD have used sunscreen. Beer, Datsuns, Friends, and free pizza from a Ferrari owner, where can you find all that in one place? We left with Marty, who missed the turn for 287, and was last seen heading for Manhattan at reasonably high rate of speed, but smiling. Many people missed it this year, but there is always next year.

Only 118 days until Watkins Glen!!, which means its 113 days until Mark starts to get the 1500 fixed, again!

You forgot to mention that the Ferrari owner said he felt honored to hang with the Roadster crowd.
Wow I thought Marty was spending the nite.
Well I hit traffic on the Cross Bronx and me and the Roadster couldn't wait to hit the Grand Central and no traffic where we opened it up.........car ran great.
Great to see you again George and family, enjoy the wine.
Murf thanks for the flywheel.

Vince, as also had a great time.......see you all at the Glen.

Hey Murf I think the guy we were talking about on Saturday is Jerry Krakauer and he's from NJ not Long Island. He's on the registry car #00099.

Good luck, Gary

I heard from Marty, he's alive. He's getting a new navigator :D . The Bronx is lovely in a convertible, sitting still in traffic.

Thanks Gary. Car # 99? hmmmm... must have some sort of cosmic significance. Maybe I'll drop him a line - most likely after too many Schlitzes; which is when I start getting melancholy over old race cars.

Marty stuck in traffic in the Bronx? That reminds me of the time I was on my way to pick up a friend in Hoboken on my way to PA. Got caught in a flash storm and pulled underneath an L platform to put the top up; except that the platform was the metal-grid kind that lets the rain through!

Worse still, on the sunken part of 87, traffic was backed up after the storm. The cause was a small lake that formed spanning the whole road (full-size SUVs were scuttled in the middle.) I got all the way to the right side and puttered through like a motor boat; never skipped a beat. The water was easily up to the doors! True story.
