Hi all.
I've had the displeasure of having my first bad ebay experience.
I bought a used 5 speed shift plate from seller ciicii_913 on March 26th. I paid the same day. On April 1st I got a tracking number for a USPS package. The package never arrived so on April 17th I checked the tracking at the USPS website. All it states is that the USPS was notified of a package to be sent but was never sent.
I contacted the seller the same day but got no response. I tried again the 20th and 22nd and still got no response. On the 23rd I opened a case with ebay and the seller didn't respond to the ebay case.
Today (April 30th) I escalated the case to ebay for resolution.
I checked the sellers feedback and I've seen two more issues just like mine and a couple similar (shipped one of two items, buyer never got second item) within the past week.
Luckily for me my purchase price was very low as I was the only person to bid so if I don't get my money back I'm not out much.
I don't know if there is an issue or problem since the seller won't respond but I just wanted the roadster community to know to be wary of this seller.

Thanks for the heads up, I've seen a lot of stuff posted by this person before. Not sure if I have dealt with them or not.

I have had dealings with other sellers (not this one) that refused to sell an item at the completed price because it was too low or the shipping was more than they quoted. It ticked me off.

Here's a follow-up.
Today I got the notice from ebay that they've closed the case in my favor. I got a full refund.
Now I'll have to look for my shifter plate somewhere else. If only I knew of a place full of roadster nuts...

I just opened a case against this seller this week. I never received the item and he didn't respond to my messages.

This is my first bad experience on ebay but, luckily, I've only got about $11 out of pocket. I suspect ebay will make it good.
