Frank Roggeband from Hamilton Ontario in the Great White North. Not really white this year though, only 1 inch so far this winter.
I used to subscribe to the mailing list many years ago and since then the 510 wagon has been completed. Got a first place in the non-z category at Z-fest 11 in 2005. Members Choice Award. The 510 has been off the road for the last two seasons due to economic and employment issues. All is well again and I look foreward to the next 510 mod, KA24 with dogleg 5spd, finishing the CB360T restoration and of course the roadster.
Those of you who were on the mailing list may recall that my roadster is the one that got broken up and disappeared for over a year. When I found out the body shell still existed and I was able to recover it the phone began to ring. People were calling to say they may have something that belongs to you. I got all the parts back and eventually recovered the frame which had been taken by the landlord of the bodyshop where it all began. He was a car guy too and remembered the little car and decided to keep it safe. He had removed it to his own compound when the scrapper came to clean up.
I was going to keep it short,
thanks for reading
Frank.

Great news on your Roadster Frank! What is the status? How long before it brings home the hardware?510er wrote:Frank Roggeband from Hamilton Ontario in the Great White North. Not really white this year though, only 1 inch so far this winter.

Re: Introduction
Well then, welcome back Frank! We hope to see more, and learn more about your ride, seems like there is quite the back story there.
And since you seem to have had a little already - I wish you continued good luck going forward!
