where is the north sea?

Post by blattajon »

you`re right Linda,but it`s not a part of DK,just close to it.
We look forward to see Solvang, which seems to be more danish than Denmark.
First time I heard the name I was sure it was a norwegian name.
Are you coming to Solvang? If so,maybe we see you there.
we also plan to visit the roadster parts shop in LA. Isn`t it in the northern part?
How long driving time?

Hi Jon,
I was thinking Solvang was Dutch, but then I remembered it was supposed to be Danish :)
That is great that you will be visiting. I'll be there hopefully.
There are several Datsun parts vendors. Dean at Datsunparts.com is about 10 miles from the Burbank, CA airport (BUR) . Or about 30 min driving time from Los Angeles airport (LAX)
If you need any other travel info let us know.
There is usually a group of cars driving to Solvang from the Los Angeles area and there is a meeting point about 15 miles from Burbank airport on the 101 freeway, at Woodland Hills, CA.
You should have a good time!
Linda
Sadly-Linda has passed away 2022. She was the 311's den mother and drove the first Rare-Parts ball joint project. RIP.

Gerardo from Fairlady was at the show last year. If you are going to see Dean at DatsunParts, check the store hours before driving over. See you in Solvang
