Registering for Forum

Post by S Allen »

Lately there have been a few problems with getting registered on the forum. When you provide an email address during registration-please make sure it is accessible from the web. I have had a couple where anything coming from 311s.org was blocked. This happens more from a work email address than a private one. If you change your email address please update it in the forum otherwise I get all kinds of errors-such as mailer daemon failures. --And if you are having problems let me know and we will get it working.

Avatars, if you would like to have a picture along with your posts there are several ways to do it. The easiest is to send me a picture <67datroad@vbbn.com> jpeg, gif, tif or whatever and I will resize and convert it to fit the forum requirements. Or you can upload your own if it meets the requirements. I gotta keep things small here to cut down on disk space usage.

Thanks for the patronage.

Yep, I didn't get an email to activate

I didn't receive an email to activate my account.
The email address was sgam@hotmail.com and username is st3ph3nm
An alternative address is sales@doncaster.autobarn.com.au
But I can't get into my profile to switch it over, as my account isn't activated as yet!

Cheers,
Steve
