Our new addition

Post by 67_1600 »

I picked this 521 up from another local enthusiast last week. It doesn't seem to need much and is amazingly rust-free. There are a few spots that will need attention before paint but that's about it. We bought it as a combo family project/utility truck/vehicle for my son.

It has less than 89,000 original miles, good trim and weatherstrip and has all of the original glass. So far all we've had to do is hook up the choke linkage and replace some fuel lines and it's run great. Tires and paint on the wheels will be next.

Boy that brings back memories of mine I had in high school. I didn't have a door key so if I locked it I had to keep the 1/4 window unlocked so I could get into it again.

Nice find.
