Hi would these fit a roadster and will the handling be worse with 15x7 rather than 15x6? Does any one see any problem with them fitting?

I think the front hub needs some clearancing.
Regarding a difference in "handling" with a 15x6 vs 15x7 wheels...it totally depends on what tire you run.
You won't notice a difference on the street.
