Advice on Wiper Motor R/R

Hi guys,

Looks like my windshield wiper motor is shot. I tried jumping power and ground directly to it and got nothing. Anyone have any sneaky tips on getting that bugger out without disassembling the entire dash? This is on a 69 2000.

remove the glove box. Just be careful cause it's not unlikely for it to come out in peices.
