Looking for 6 hole mag

Post by azmark »

Looking for 1-6 hole Mag with smooth rim face. Z wheels has one but they want $320 for one rim. I like the look but could go with superlites for that much for the whole car. Anybody have one? Thanks

Hey, azmark, I have a good friend/business associate who lives in Cave Creek. Nice area. I used to have those wheels on my 69 2000 back in the early 80's. That was back before they started clear coating wheels. Some Mothers and some elbow grease, and those would just shine!

Sorry, I have to hijack the thread for a minute. Please tell me where I can get a set of SuperLites for $320. Best I have seen for new 14x6's is $165 each plus shipping, so $660 plus shipping.

Sorry maybe watching Ebay I saw some superlites come up as used for that much.

Anyway heres another pic, I like that way the mags look its old school. Cant afford the $320 so maybe I need to go another option.

I actually would not mind a set of 5 or 6 hole smooth mags myself, but it seems we are REALLY limited finding wheels with the correct offset and backspacing.

From what I can see, it seems like the SuperLites are still the most economical option (and for me, cost DOES matter).

Who?....Oh, us.

The 5 slots aren't too hard to find. Maybe the guy with the 6 slot will swap a set of 4 other wheels for your 3, then he has a set to sell, for big $$ you have a nice set to use, no $$ spent. Never hurts to ask.

put 5 slots on one side, and 6 slots on the other, and count over the years how many notice. I would guess you get less than one a year.

You might want to check Craigslist, globally.
Here's a couple in L.A. but not the 6:
