will these fit my roadster?

Hi hope someone can help. Offset looks ok but width may be an issue. will they fit easily? I have a 68.

15x7 +11 should fit with 195/50 tires. 205s my not clear.

They will fit fine up front
The rear will most likely rub with the 205s...195s might help but you might need to clearance the fenders with that offset.
If it was above +15 it be fine!
