Electric fan

Post by SLOroadster »

So I'm looking into an electric fan and was wondering who makes a good electric fan that will work well in the California summer heat. Currently my car never runs hot but I'm not sure who makes a fan that works.

Sorry, I find modern engine swaps revolting. Keep your G, R, or U series in your Roadster!

thermo fan

I have a 14" thermo on my 2000 here in sydney it gets as hot .. if not worse in summer and it works well , I did have the tthermostat switch set very low though to allow as much air flow around the engine bay as I could .. these cars are known for poor aurflow in the engine bay due to cramped space and the carbies / fuel can suffrer from overheating if your not careful . I also went to an electric water pump + power controller ( davies craig ) and even on a 36 degree day .. thats C , not F .. stuck in traffic for 2 hours with an old 1/3 clogged up radiator .. it was only just above normal temp
