Alvin:

I didn't get a look at much except his personalized plates (DATSFUN) and an exchange of thumbs up.

I am near Camden & Hwy 85, with my office in Downtown Campbell.

I am hoping to make some of the local runs this summer...

Good to see you guys in the neighborhood.

OK,

I didn't see the Red 2000, but if you see a light blue 2000 in the neighborhood that'd be me.

I'm in San Jose off Meridian and Foxworthy. Would love to hook up with you guys for a run if any interest.

Well, aside from this weekend, as I'm at the Vintage Races at Infineon Raceway.

Any interst in a run later this month???

Great to hear from you

Great hearing from you. Would love to go for a run - and also solicite perhaps a better trained ear for "engine critique".

I picked up my '69 last year & have recently got it fairly well dialed.

u20 with Mikuni carbs. Have an intermittant clatter that I'm not quite sure if it's normal u20 noise or if it may be timing chain tensioner related. Engine /timing chain are fairly fresh(~3-K miles), but as I am a converted 240z guy, I'm still not completely confident on the unique u20 engine noises.

Look forward to hearing back on a run.
