Has anyone installed a rear anti-sway bar on their car? How hard is it? It looks to be a pain. Any help/ideas will be apreciated.
Thanks,
Will

Don't have one, so this may be of limited use. The information that I have is that it is a nighmare to put on a street car. The value is also questionable based on reports from race teams that I have read.

rear sway bar
I can cut the exhaust off now in order to install the thing because I am putting a new one on anyway. I figure that I will let the guy installing it deal with the hard issure of working the pipe in. I did a test fit and got the thing into the approximate possition. After putting the new shocks and springs in as well as the 23mm front sway bar I now have a plow monster if pushed hard through a corner. This could be due to possible positive camber in the front wheels. I have the sway bar so I may as well use it, and I should install it before I get the front end recambered so I don't wind up with the over steering beast.

Well, truth be told, I always wanted one just because I thought it was neat. Back when I had a driving roadster, it oversteered very easily - at just the blip of the throttle.
I think that your car will be fun. So, what colors are on the short list?
Any action on the other one?

Colors
I'm thinking of painting it either Honda Pewter grey metalic with black racing stripes, or the dark metalic grey 350Z color with black stripes. I have someone thinking about the 1600, havne't sold it yet however.
As far as handling, it pushes through a hard corner at speed, I know it should carve the corner because my friends 67.5 does with almost the same set up, he has -2.1 degrees camber in the front wheels. Power induced oversterer is not a problem.

rear sway bar
OK here is the deal. The rumors of the sway bar being a pain to install are false. It took about 2 hours and most of it was checking fit and trying to figure out why the rumor was around. It is easy and straight forward. Look for a tech article soon.
