Would this be a good canidate for a swap? Kinda hard to beat the price. It's out of a 91 240 sx. I don't want anybody thinking I'm not happy with my car and I'm by no means a purist, I'm just asking a question. This is the ad I found:
I just upgraded to JDM Turbo motor and trans so I'm selling the stock engine and trans. They have approx. 140k miles, the trans and clutch worked great, the engine could use freshing up. Take it all for $175. E-mail for details.

The KA24DE should make a good swap. A few here have done it. The price is good if the engine has not been thrashed. Hard to tell until it's torn down. Beware if you plan to keep the efi. If you plan to go carbs, not an issue, but if you plan on keeping the efi, see if you can score all the wiring/computer/maf/etc... to make it run. Otherwise, those items can get costly if purchased separately.
