minor issue with new forum

i cannot bookmark the new forum at the index page as i could on the old forum
and every time i refresh the forum the side menu from the first page reclaims its portion of the window, kina annoying with a 12" monitor

this is with the latest firefox version

just a few gripes , but not enough to chase me away

No side menu taking any space with this url, even with refresh.
