Dash question oval holes?

I just installed A new dash cover(Looks great!).
But what are these oval holes on top of the dash for?
There are four of them, It looks like at some time there was something screwed in but I don't know what?
So what are they and where can I get some?
Or if anyone has any ideas on how to hide them please let me know.

They're for "twisties" that fasten the front of the toneau cover to the dash - same as those that are used for the rear of the top except they are black on the dash
