It apprears that only the main home page is down.
The rest of the site is up you just can't access it by the home page since it is down. All the other pages including the Registration page is there. By clicking in the upper left corner "Back" or "Next" you can navigate through the website.

I found this by sreaching Google.

Jeff moved just before or around April 2008 and has been internet challenged ever since. I think someone may have a phone number.
