At 8"s wide, you will be very hard pressed to get those under the rear fenders. My 6.5s with 195/55/14s rub. Unless the backspacing and offset is flawless, tire rub will take its toll.

Sorry, I find modern engine swaps revolting. Keep your G, R, or U series in your Roadster!
