Thanks for making the effort. I will have garage space and plenty of shade!!

The Roadster is in the trailer and ready to go!!

The last few things are coming together on the lightweight, and John is ready to drive it. We will try to share the same garage space with the lightweight, provided we can work that out at the track.

Looking forward to the weekend!!

Saturday = race day

Great day at the track, I’ve got the sunburn to prove it, here’s a few photos from some of the warm up laps and qualifying races. Sunday’s the final race day, go if you can.

Great photos Tony! I wish I had gone to that side of the track sooner.

Here are my shots from Saturday.

and a short video: http://www.datsunracing.us/CalSpeedway2007.html

The Lightweight Roadster driven by John Morton has its problems on both days and never got running right. I sure Ron will give us the weekend update when he gets a chance.

yes, the orange one. That is the one Adam Carolla bought and Les has been working on. This was its maiden voyage on the West Coast. Been in CO area for a long time.

EVERYONE!!

Thank you all for coming out and supporting Datsun racing. I hope you guys had as much fun as we did out there on the track.

It was a pleasure to meet all of you. We had great weather and great racing. Saturday was the day to be there as the 33 roadster had to retire after 3 laps on Sunday. It was nothing serious and we will ready for Willow Springs this weekend.

Tstockler GREAT PHOTOS!!!

Eastmedia got great video of our qualifying race I hope to see it again soon.

I have a wrap up of the weekend that will be up on the following URL in the next couple of days with some additional photographs of my car and #27 with John Morton at the wheel.

http://datsunracing.us/RC-World/

Again, thank you to all that attended, it was great to see a whole bunch of roadsters at the track!!

My Family had a great day out there on Saturday, Found out that the little lady likes the races and am sure we will return if and when work allows. Also was nice to show her the color my car will be when done as Ron's car is the same color. Was good a meet a few of you that I see here on the forum but have not really meet before. Had a fantastic time.

Wow! What a great day. I think everyone should own a race car. Including ME!! 8)

Thanks to Ron Carter for the invitation, and to Les for bringing the other car out. Thanks to John Morton for driving as well.

Here's a picture page and a link at the top for a video as well.
See you at the track!
