Solvang Registration?

All,

About three weeks ago, I sent in my registration for Solvang to Kerry Dehmel as instructed on the form. As of yet, I have not seen the check clear my bank, and emails to the address on the form (fresnodroc@sbcglobal.net) have gone unanswered...

Am I missing something here? Has any one else sent in their forms and received acknowledgement of receipt?

I heard from Kerry and he said everything is cool - just hasn't gone to the bank yet.

Now if I could just get my boss to think that way...

I sent my registration in in March....and havent recieved any
answer either.......Anybody home in Fresno.

I don't know if Kerry Dehmel is active on 311s.org or not. However, if you go to the Fresno club site via the club links, you will find a Solvang 2007 participants list. I believe you are on it.

I saw the participating list there only about 30 register for 07 Solvang up to date, are there going be more? It seems to be quiet for the year isnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t it?
Around this time of year everyone already hype up about Solvang, whoÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s going, whats to bring, wax/polishing, hotel, caravan, where to meet and etcÃ¢â‚¬Â¦. you know all this shits. Is it just me or people are not as excited as they used to be?
Solvang is about three weeks from now, come on guys let get excitement going.

It does seem very low key compared to other years.
I am sure there will be people going who are not registered or, will not be bringing their cars.
I'm hoping to go but probably not with the Roadster.
Anyone who is going can email Vinh and he can give us a count.
Like how I volunteered you Vinh?

IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢m terrible in terms of counting so donÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t count on me keeping the numbers beside we have SOCALROC IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢m sure they are working on a plan.

As of Solvang, IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢m definitely going without my roadster rain or shine. Solvang is a big deal for me I look forward for this show every years, I get so much inspirations.

Maybe it is the rumor of an east coast guy coming to Solvang that has folks waiting until the last minute...

They just haven't registered everyone yet. I'll be there, sent in my check a while ago, but I ain't on the list.

Sorry guys, cant make it this year. I have a trade show the week before in San Francisco and won't be able to make it back to get my car up to Solvang.

Furthermore, I have already committed to take my Z to the MSA show, the same frickin' weekend.

Can't you guys pick a different weekend, your killing me. Every year these two shows are on the same weekend.

PS all is not lost, Bob Klemme will be bringing his 2000 again this year, so there will be at least 1 race car there...

This is the 20th Annual Solvang and the 12th Annual MSA. I'm thinking the MSA show needs to pick another weekend.

So the point is that Solvang came first, I can buy that...But, this year MSA has put my BRE Z on the event T-shirt, and used a photo of my BRE Z to sign up for the show. I guess I kinda need to be there.

If there was a race that weekend, I would be racing my roadster.
