Alvin

Really nice and looks like you and the car had a lot of fun out on the track.

? I assume this was a NASA HPDE event . NASA NE runs a number of similar events at Lime Rock CT and Watkins Glen NY and it seems to me like a great way to get a car on the track.
Any suggestions on putting my roadster on track. I assume I would be HPDE 1 ( novice) since I have never raced before.

Vince that was a NASA event, super fun!
HPDE1, then you can move up as you get more expereienced
Just get a roll bar, SA-approved helmet, gloves and a tech inspection on your roadster!
Drive your roadster bone stock, then modify things like tires/suspension/engine and enjoy!

I want to go play. I have so many things I need to fix before I even think about going to Solvang, let alone racing. Heck I'd wager that the Alfa is more race ready than the roadster at this point.

Looks like way to much fun.

Sorry, I find modern engine swaps revolting. Keep your G, R, or U series in your Roadster!
