Surely one of these fasteners could be used around the edges to fasten the panel to the door.

Damage usually occurs when a screwdriver is used to pry off the panel and the clip stays in the door.
A 2" wide putty knife works the best for me to remove the panel without damage.

Thats not a R16 death rattle....its a dried leaf hitting my heater blower fan.

I really like the idea of using corroplast. Very strong and light. Cheap too. You can get 4mm for around $20 or less for a 4x8 sheet. The 2mm is right around $12 a sheet. Or you can wait until after an election and get it free all day long.
Dats182 I am in HR along with Shifty, who just moved here in Jan. He quadrupled the amount of Roadsters in one fell swoop.
